Domestic Shipping:
Shipping to any other state in the USA is $10.95 for orders up to $50.00, $17.15 for orders between $50.01 and $99.00, and FREE for orders over $99.00. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days from the shipping date.
We strive to process orders within 2 business day.
International Shipping:
International shipping rates are determined by weight and destination, with all orders shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping costs are calculated based on these factors. At checkout, select the shipping method that best suits your needs.
PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL: Transit time is 10 to 14 average business days and tracking is available to major destinations.
International Policy: Once your credit card / payment has been charged and your order has been shipped, the following policies apply:
Every order is thoroughly inspected by our team before being packed and shipped. However, once an international shipment leaves the U.S., we are no longer responsible for any issues that may arise—you assume all associated risks. As the customer, you accept full responsibility for your package once it arrives in your country, including final delivery to your location. If the package is not delivered for any reason, it remains your responsibility, and by placing an order, you agree not to dispute any related credit card charges. In most cases, we will have proof that the package has arrived in your country and will retain a copy for our records.
tobacco8.com is not responsible for any foreign fees, import taxes, excise duties, or other charges incurred—these are solely the responsibility of the purchaser. Additionally, if customs confiscates, destroys, or holds a package, the customer assumes full responsibility.
If an international order paid by credit card is disputed, we will provide the credit card company with a copy of this policy, along with the invoice and shipping documentation, as proof of the agreed terms.
tobacco8.com reserves the right to reship or refund any orders which are returned to our facility. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for refunds and outgoing postage costs will not be refunded. By completing the check-out process you are agreeing to abide by these Policies.
