How to Buy

Due to limited stock, we use a “Request to Buy” system to ensure that buyers receive their items.

  1. On each product page, we update the current stock availability in real-time.
  2. Click the “Request to Buy” button to add items to your purchase list.

For U.S. customers: We accept payments via Zelle. For Chinese customers: We accept payments via Alipay or Wechat pay.

Once your payment details are confirmed, we will reserve the items for 24 hours. If payment is not received within 24 hours, the order will be canceled, and the items will be sold to the next customer.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

Once an order is confirmed, you can adjust quantities or remove items until you receive the confirmation email with payment details. After that, changes are not possible.

Will I receive a tracking number for my shipment?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

How long will it take to receive my purchase?

Once payment is completed, we will ship your items within 48 hours.

  • Domestic shipping: Depending on the shipping service you select at checkout, it will usually arrive within 3-5 business days.
  • International shipping: The recipient can track the package’s progress using the provided tracking number.
What is your international shipping policy?

All international sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for international orders, so please be sure to confirm all details before completing your purchase.

Can I request a refund or exchange?

For U.S. customers: If you receive an item that does not match the product description on our website, you can request an exchange or refund within 3 days of delivery (based on the delivery time provided by the courier).

The item must be unused, in its original, unopened condition, and the seal on the product must remain intact.

We will cover the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

After 3 days, all sales are final. We cannot refund shipping charges on postage that has been generated and processed.
